Privacy by design.

Saticoy.app publishes what you choose to publish. This page explains, in plain language, what we store, why we store it, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

Account data. Your email address and password credentials, handled by our authentication provider. We never see your plaintext password.

Business content. The business name, address, website, services, products, documents, questions and videos you add during onboarding or in your dashboard.

Visitor activity. When someone opens your public micro-app we record the session, page views, questions asked and any contact details a visitor submits voluntarily.

Billing data. Subscription status and invoices. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

Your business content grounds your public micro-app and assistant answers. Visitor activity powers the analytics, signals and alerts in your dashboard. Account and billing data run your subscription and support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business content to advertise to you or to anyone else.

AI processing

To generate briefings, signals and assistant replies we send relevant portions of your approved business content to third-party AI model providers. Only content you have added or approved is sent, and passages you have not approved are never quoted by the assistant.

Your data is your own

Every account is isolated at the database level, so one customer can never read another customer's records. You can edit or delete any business content at any time, export your leads and analytics, and request full deletion of your account by emailing us.

Cookies and sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to distinguish visitor sessions on your public link. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
