Terms of service.

You need an account to use Saticoy.app. Keep your credentials secure, use a real email address you control, and don't share one account across separate businesses. New sign-ups may be reviewed before provisioning.

You keep ownership of everything you publish: business details, documents, videos, answers and branding. You grant us the licence needed to host that content, serve it on your public link and process it to generate briefings and assistant replies.

You confirm you have the right to publish what you upload, and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading about your business.

Don't use Saticoy.app to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to impersonate another business, to scrape or overload the service, or to attempt to access another customer's data.

Premium is billed at $200 per month or $1,920 per year (equivalent to $160 per month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing section of your dashboard — access continues to the end of the paid period.

Charges are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude taxes where applicable. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.

Briefings, signals and assistant replies are generated automatically from your content and public sources. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them for business decisions, and treat them as suggestions rather than professional advice.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
